I am actually writing on the same idea. I like it, but just make sure that you have enough resources. I had the problem of not being able to find enough legit resources on the topic i'm doing. I might write on the US interest in Venezuela and the gas they have. The US is offering Venezuela money and protection for their ruler in return for gas. In conclusion its all about money.
